GAA MAAD

GAA MAAD by Áine O’Hara & Vickey Curtis and directed by Niamh McCann, was performed at Bewleys Cafe Theatre as part of Dublin Fringe Festival 2019. This is a piece of work about the GAA, about the history and the community but also about the difficulty in loving a sport and loving a community that quite often hates and abuses you.

*Part of DUETS: a new writing initiative from Dublin Fringe Festival, the Irish Theatre Institute and Fishamble.

*Winner of the Outburst Queer Fringe Award 2019

*Selected for Galway Theatre Festival 2020
